Kentwood Park just 2 blocks away boasts an 18 hole frisbee golf course, lighted tennis courts, lighted youth baseball field, picnic shelter and playgrounds for designed for kids 2-12.
Combs Elementary school in back of the house offers a running track, playground and a “brightly colored outdoor learning and play space designed to boost kids’ physical activity.” (Open to the public outside of normal school hours 7 am-4 pm on schools days Monday-Friday)
