About Us

A Modern Home minutes from just about everything!

For over 30 years, we called this house home.  We loved it because of its awesome convenient location and calm energy. We had to move but we just couldn’t part with it.  So we engaged an industrial designer and fixed the place up for guests to visit and enjoy.
We hope you will enjoy the space as much as we do. We’ve made many happy memories here and are excited for you to build some as well.

Full Newly Renovated House

Instead of being split up and crammed into hotel rooms, this 1,450 sq ft home is ideal for a family or group of close friends with lots of spaces to gather or to escape.

Spacious Living Spaces

Home should have everything you need and nothing you don’t.  The simplicity of a well designed space gives you lots of room to spread out, breath in and relax.

New brand name appliances

Working your magic in the kitchen should be a joy.  With our new fridge, stove and other appliances, you won’t have to struggle to get things to work.

Relaxing back deck

It’s hard to be creative in the same old work environment.  For us to change the way we think, we need to change our surroundings.  We need sunlight and fresh air. It is not only good for our creativity, its good for our bodies, minds and soul.  Enjoy a good book, listen to some music or catch up on something important, or not.

Elegant Dining Area

Our lives have gotten so busy, who has time for a sit down meal anymore. So people got rid of their dining room.  But that doesn’t mean you can’t go back and relive those crazy dinners with friends and family.  Here is a great space for you to remember great times and create some new ones.

Nicely appointed rooms

Rejuvenate on soft pillows, super comfy sheets and comforters and new mattresses.  Get some work done on the solid wood desk complete with computer monitor and recharge your devices on our smart lamps with wireless rechargers and USB ports.

“Great communication, directions, and recommendations. Very clean and organized in a beautiful neighborhood”

“Excellent Location!! We had a weekend full of 2 weddings and time with family that lived in the area; everything was literally a 15 minute drive or less!! Comfortable beds, very clean linens, super cozy couches the list goes on. Sid was the best host he even hid a few Easter eggs for my 3 young children and they LOVED that! My daughter asked if we could stay longer and she is usually the first one to say she wants to go home. A++”

“My wife, two teenage boys and I were in town for a high school baseball tourney in Cary and the location was perfect. Everything was within a 10-20 minute drive, including all the great downtown Raleigh restaurants and other tourist attractions we wanted to fit in. The home was absolutely spotless and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was available and Sid was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place!”

“This is the best Airbnb I ever stayed in. Beautifully appointed with lots of nice amenities, gadgets and tips. You start living the minute you walk in. What I like about it most is how peaceful and quiet is the neighborhood, yet the place is very accessible to the 440 beltway, NCSU campuses and brisk walk away to a nice lake / park.”

“This home was excellent! First of all, communication with Sid & Maria was outstanding. We had a little trouble with the digital lock but they immediately answered my message and we got in the house. We loved the house! Comfortable mattresses, clean home, roomy, and very “homey” feel. We loved the neighborhood! We wish we had more time to enjoy the back deck but our conference had us busy. If I or anyone I know has to be in Raleigh, I will definitely contact Sid & Maria. I wish them well!”
